w/ Paul. Food tasting w/ wine pairing. Excellent: Akaushi Dry-Aged Ribeye with Kohlrabi Beer Cheese filled Donut. Very Good: Everything else (Muscovy Duck, Black Cod, assorted snacks - Shishito pepper tamale w/ confit duck). Ended up at $250/head.
