Notes
Hands down the best pizza we've had in Seattle. Reminds me a little of Bufalina. I would happily go again, but I would get completely things. Next time maybe the pepperoni pizza and a more standard pasta. Could easily be an 8+ next visit.

“Good Caesar. A little filling, good portion if you like salad.”

Chicken Bake Pizza
“Their special pizza. Didn't really like the sauce they put on top. Tasted more like Olive Garden Alfredo and garlic bread than how the Chicken Bake tastes. Crust was a perfect mimic of the Chicken Bake cheesy crust.”

Spaghetti
snap peas, prosciutto, whipped ricotta, mint
“I think the mint ultimately ruined it. Prosciutto was not great. I thought it was going to be a more creamy pasta, it was not. Very green. Not a lot of flavor direction outside of the mint.”

“This was their wine of the night. I forget where it was from other than "Central Italy." It was not quite a "great white from Northern Italy."”

“I mean, it's fine. I think I'd like it better without the basil. But it's also $8 for a soda. Need to rein it back in.”
