w/ Amy. Did their "Maize/Corn" tasting menu. The main entree was duck, which I don't think we finished. It's not my favorite and I don't think it was cooked all that well. Good: Cacio e Pepe (just barely). Whatever: Sourdough bread & accoutrements (I think just honey and some hummus spread). Ordered a Cornstar Martini, which is funny, but was gin and corn, so awful. Also ordered an Elotero, which was made with mezcal and cheese rind. I don't remember what it tasted like.
