I remember not thinking great things with Kyle. Kind of the same experience here with Lauren. A nice break from "traditional" Hawaiian seafood, but not great food. I forget the individual ratings, but here's the full order:
Bruschetta ($18) - garlic rubbed toast, grated fresh tomato and Calabrian chili, Manchego cheese, truffle balsamic, basil
North Shore Honeycomb ($23) - with Humboldt Fog goat cheese, crisp Fuji apple, parmesan, fennel, & pepper lavash
Pan Roasted Broccoli ($23) - harissa sauce, toasted almonds, marinated fresh mozzarella cheese
Blackened Ahi ($35) - piquillo braised Cannellini beans, gilda puree, preserved lemon, sunflower sprouts
Braised Short Rib ($51) - mushroom risotto, roasted cipollini onions, red wine rosemary jus, tarragon puree
Brioche rolls ($13) - house made bread with hazelnut romesco butter & smoked sea salt
Seared Kauai Shrimp ($32) - Yukon gold mash potato, garlic, shallot, and chili lemon crisp
Cold Brew Pot de Creme ($16) - coffee custard, cinnamon meringue, hazelnut biscotti
Lilikoi Cheesecake ($17) - almond, coconut, graham cracker crust, lilikoi glaze, white chocolate whipped cream
Mango-Ginger Limeade ($13) - Lime juice, mango & ginger puree, club soda
