This came out last. I thought we'd eat this with the meat, but it didn't come out and wasn't fully prepared until all the meat was cooked and only some of the pork neck (cooked last) was left. Even if it was delivered earlier, I think I'd just rather have plain rice.

Kevin liked it because he said it's more "steaky" than pork belly. I just don't think it tasted good enough. The texture was weird because it was kind of tough on the outside but melty-ish on the inside.
