w/ Paul, Steve. Sushi omakase. Still the best. Paul ordered $31 cocktails (Summer Samurai). Bartender tried to sell us $90/oz Japanese whiskey. Also ordered Heaven & Earth - $16/ea, Double Rainbow Surprise - $21/ea

w/ Kevin. Amazing. Two new chefs compared to last time with Paul and Steve. Yoshi did all the sushi dishes - all excellent, even the Uni was tolerable. Two wagyu dishes, both times they used blow torches - not my favorite technique. The bigger "entree" portions were done by the new chefs and they weren't as strong as I remember, felt a noticeable step-down from the sushi/nigiri/Yoshi portion. Didn't leave uncomfortably full (this is a good thing), very solid front-to-back, more wire-to-wire, less peaks and valleys.
