w/ Amy. $30k yen food. $23.6k yen drink pairing. $6k yen albalone. Spencer was our server. Nice guy. Not anywhere near as formal as an experience as the past. Didn't change out silver cutlery each dish. Food still very good. Abalone was only ok, but better than wherever we had it last. Amy said the steak was the best she's ever had. Steak was very good. Spencer said my control of the chopsticks is very professional and much better than most Japanese people's as I was just playing with them. Tricked him about dining and dashing, was pretty funny. No shiraku.
