w/ Max, Amy. Ordered the tasting menu. Server said that the tasting menu would be significantly different than the dishes available on menu. That was untrue. Maybe only 1-2 courses were off menu. Tasting menu was not reflective of items I'd order. Said we could not add dishes on top of tasting (we've done this before). Said we could supplement desserts but was never given opportunity. A lot of this rating has to do with poor table server, although service was seemingly by committee. Very Good: Watermelon-lime sorbet (dessert). Good: Texas Wagyu Denver ($57). Whatever: High Tea Pate and what-not (off-menu), Red Snapper Crudo, Wagyu Tartare, Johnny Cake w/ tea/soup (off-menu), Red Drink (off-menu), Bread & Accoutrements. Not Good: Strozapreti
