w/ Max. Good: Texas Strawberry Salad+, Root Vegetable Bolognese, Sweet Potato, Toasted Barley ice cream. Whatever: Gruyere Popovers (Max said "very good"), Parisian Gnocchi w/ mushrooms, pommes frites, Mushroom Creme Brulee. Not Good: 44 Farms Bavette Steak - not good consistency.
