w/ Max. Austin Family Kitchen collaboration w/ Philip Speer and Kristine Kittrell. Good: Amuse Bouche (Mulberry's bacon wrapped date? I forget the other one), Peanut Butter Semifredo (Max got a shout out from the chef for this). Whatever: Crispy Fried Oysters, Starlie Salad. Not Good: Ricotta Tortellini (in a carrot beurre blanc), Duck & Shrimp (so impressively bad)
