w/ Max, Amy, Brian. Very Good: Risotto. Good: Timballo, Ricotta (+), Sweet potato, Gnocchi, Mafaldine (-), Beef Pizza. Whatever: Cabbage (Amy and Brian said good). || Desserts: 1. Brown butter cake, 2. Panna Cotta (Amy favorite), 3. Affogato, 4. Tangerine sorbet. || Truffles were whatever (also all desserts comped), can't read what I wrote about the "salted caramel" one - probably my favorite.
