w/ Paul. First, the setup is weird. Super empty but wouldn't open the door fully - "do you have a reservation?" yes "ok, let me check." closes door. Good: Aqua Dillenia. Not Good: The Laureate (prepared tableside, by a guy who fumbled his way through the ingredients, then just swirled them around in a rocks glass, tasted very syrupy), The Old Gardner (like red cough syrup)
