w/ Andre and Gretchen. Menu Degustation ($142/per + $78 wine pairing - all wines were solid). Jamon de Bellota - fine, it's Iberian ham. Not worth $50 upcharge. A la Carte Oysters - Very good. Maine Lobster Salad - good. Pan Seared U-10 Day Boat Scallop - good/very good. Sauteed Steak of "A" Foie Gras - good, probably very good for those who like this. Added +$30 Butter Poached Maine Lobster (w/ Carrot Puree, Salsify, Bernaise) - ok/whatever. Starting to think I don't like lobster!! Small medley of desserts. Fun to watch the fountains. Good territory, but not great.
