w/ Steve, Paul, Amy. Very Good: Delta Blues Rice, Beets, Foie Gras (Steve and Paul said A++). Good: Pork Belly. Whatever: Fritto Misto (Amy - good), Crudo (Steve favorite, Paul - good), Chickpea, Estate Bread, BBQ Shrimp (Paul - Good), Creole Swordfish, Texas Beef (Paul - most funky dry age he's had). Not Good: Rabbit Roulade. Got five desserts, Creme Caramel was best, the tart was worst (goat cheese). Others were Apple Cider Donut, Kouign Amann, Soft Serve ice cream w/ olive oil and peaches.
