w/ Paul, Steve, Hayes. Paul and Steve liked when they combined the beef, pork, bao bun, and queso. That was really good. But for a "Baller Omakase," it's weird. Everything is cooked in broth, at different timings, but they only give you a 3-minute hourglass. Some things they want you to cook for 45/90 seconds. I'm not going to count to 45 in my head. So everyone is setting iWatch alarms, dumb. A5 Wagyu with notecard certificate, "just swirl it around in the broth a bit." Give you a tower of meat all at once. Cool space. Wouldn't go again.
