Birthday dinner w/ Steve, Paul, Andrew, Amy, Max. Tricked us about private dining area. People loved the scallops, mine was sandy/gritty. I remember the steak with the tongue was very good. Apparently the dessert had some sort of "fish sauce" (me and Amy) on it. Steve ate Paul's second course when Paul was in bathroom. Waiter "no photos!" "I'm mad because you ruined my guests' dining experience." I didn't do shit!! It was Steve. Cocktails ordered: Seed of the Sun, Bad Rabbit, El Pastor, The Oracle, Persephone Sour, Coffee Martini. Also, caviar service, of course.

w/ Paul + Steve. Oysters, Bluefin tuna, 3-piece Scallop (really good - great presentation), smoked custard, skwerer, endive, peaches, bread service, halibut, 12oz dry age ribeye ($160 - it was fine). Moon pie and chocolate mousse were very whatever/wouldn't get again.

Cristal Bread - 6, Oysters - 6, Cabbage - 7, Broccoli - 5, Halibut/Pork Chop/Chicken/Wagyu Ribeye+Bavette - 6. Desserts were all 6, at best. Kakigori was big shaved ice dessert.
